Unahotels Eco Hotel Villa Costanza Venezia - Mestre

I almost thought this hotel would impress me, but it was a total disaster. The room was overly warm with air conditioning nonexistent, rather unfortunate. After being locked out of the garage, you'd think they'd offer a complimentary drink or upgrade as compensation, but no. Shocking service at its finest, really.

The hotel is beautifully designed and extremely convenient with efficient personnel that went out of their way to give excellent service. The atmosphere of the venue is elegant. Rooms are spacious well appointed with comfortable beds, modern setup, toiletries, food is outstanding.

Spotlessly clean, wonderful small hotel with quiet and superior location to the airport of venice-marco polo. Marvellous and rich breakfast with savoury options, amazingly helpful staff.

The clean junior suite was a standout, along with the welcoming staff who provided invaluable local tips and arranged our transportation seamlessly.

The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant suggested by the Manager was so good we went both nights we were in Venice.

Expectations fell flat due to cleanliness issues, like skylight windows and cobwebs in corners. Air conditioning proved to be unreliable, seemingly only available upon request, leaving some guests dealing with heat. The sound insulation isn't great. Footsteps and toilet flushes from upstairs can disrupt peace. Furniture placement felt awkward and didn't complement the room's design.

It is a new hotel. Located near the train station and the main road to Venice. Breakfast is good. Rooms clean and quiet. The bathrooms are very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

They have no restaurant, but recommended places nearby.

The staff was very friendly, the room (junior suite) was nice and comfortable and the breakfast had everything we needed! Also the location was ideal (5 min walk to trainstation). No more words needed: it was perfect!!

Couples looking for comfort

We booked a Double Comfort Room for 4 nights and I gotta say, it was even better than I thought based on the pictures. The room was reallysuper clean and cozy! The staff were helpful, giving us solid tips on where to go in the city. We even bought a one-day bus and boat ticket for 20 euros, which let us explore the Grand Canal and Murano without breaking a sweat. The breakfast selection was pretty solid too, had everything we needed to start our day right.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience was worth every penny.
